I am an instructional designer with a background in science. My degree in Microbiology guided me to be a critical thinker and it has made me more intentional about how I approach solving problems. While working in the food industry under the pandemic, I got the opportunities to work with online training, which had honed my tech skills and developed a deep appreciation for how technology can help people to learn, grow, and connect.
I always place learners front and center in my designing process to create effective and user-centric design. I analyze and identify the performance problem and its root cause to design solution that addresses the pain points. Once the solution is identified, I use an iterative approach that incorporates feedback from user testings.
I also like to explore new technology and acquire new skills to expand options to be included in my learning solutions that best fit learner's need.
